Sublimation Fixed sheet sizes

Upload your ready-to-print sublimation file and select your sheet size. Simple as that — no builder, no design work on our end. We print your file exactly as submitted on premium sublimation paper, cut to size and ready to press. No minimums, no setup fees, no art fees.

Available Sizes

• 8" x 11" — great for small designs, pockets, and sleeves
• 11" x 17" — ideal for standard adult front/back prints
• 13" x 19" — max size for oversized prints and full-chest designs

File Requirements

• Do NOT mirror your images. Submit your file exactly as you want it to read on the finished product. Our equipment mirrors automatically.
• PNG or high-resolution JPEG (minimum 300 DPI). Your file should match the dimensions of the size you're ordering.
• Sublimation ink does not print white. Any white areas in your artwork will show the base color of your blank.

Blank Requirements

• Must be at least 50% polyester — the higher the poly content, the more vivid the result
• Must be light in color — sublimation dyes the fabric; it will not cover dark garments

Application Instructions

• A clamp-style heat press is required — do not use a household iron
• Place transfer face-down on garment, white backing facing up
• Press at 385–400°F for 45–60 seconds with medium-firm pressure
• Peel HOT immediately after pressing
